RawPasta - Bolognese

Ingredients:
- Raw Pasta
- 75 grams of lean minced beef
- ½ can tomato paste
- ½ onion
- ½ stalk celery
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- Basil
- Oregano
- Salt & pepper

Preparation:
Fry the beef. Meanwhile, cut the onion and celery into small pieces. Fry the onion, celery and grated carrot along with it. Squeeze the garlic from the pan and fry briefly.
Add the tomato paste and then add some basil and oregano. Finally, add the Raw Pasta and fry for 2 minutes with occasional stirring.
Season with salt & pepper.



RawPasta - Tuna

Ingredients:
- Raw Pasta
- 1 can of tuna
- ½ onion
- ¼ tin anchovies
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large tomato
- 50 grams of green olives
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Fresh basil
- Salt & pepper

Preparation:
Cut the onion into small cubes and the garlic into small pieces, the olives into small rings and the anchovies into small pieces. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Meanwhile drain the tuna and then squeeze it with a fork. Fry the onions and garlic in a pan and add a teaspoon of cinnamon to it. When the onions and garlic have a beautiful colour then you can add the olives, anchovies, tomato cubes, and tuna; stir until smooth.
Season to taste with salt & pepper. Fry the Raw Pasta for 2 minutes, when the pasta is ready you can add the cherry tomatoes to the mixture. Stir the pasta in with the mixture and heat it up in a wok or frying pan.
Finally add a few leaves of fresh basil.



RawPasta - with arugula and tomatoes

Ingredients:
- Raw Pasta
- 150 grams arugula
- 2 large tomatoes
- 25 grams of green olives
- 25 grams of black olives
- ½ red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper

Preparation:
Wash the arugula and cut the leaves finely.
Peel the tomatoes, cut into pieces and then crush the pulp with a fork, add the pitted olives and garlic and mix everything together.
Season to taste with salt & pepper and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and red pepper.
Cook the Raw Pasta for 2 minutes. Put the pasta in a large bowl and mix with the tomatoes and arugula.



RawPasta - Pesto

Ingredients:
- Raw Pasta
- 150 grams of chicken breast
- 50 grams of mushrooms
- 1 full hand of arugula
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch dill
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic

Preparation:
Cut the chicken into small cubes and slice the mushrooms.
Bake the chicken cubes over high heat in a wok or frying pan so it’s nicely browned, then add the sliced mushrooms, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Puree the parsley pesto, dill and garlic in a blender and slowly add the olive oil into a nice smooth pesto.
Then add the homemade pesto and Raw Pasta to the rest and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add the arugula.



RawPasta - Spicy Pasta

Ingredients:
- Raw Pasta
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper

Preparation:
Slice the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into rings.
Peel the garlic, slice it and fry it for 5 minutes with the pepper in the oil, add pepper and salt to taste.
Chop the parsley and cook it together with the Raw Pasta, garlic and pepper.
Serve with some Parmesan cheese.
